Why are optimists more successful?

People who are optimists are realists --- we understand the challenges, yet see through the shadows to offer something of greater importance.

And ...most important, we love what we do and have no doubt we can make a difference.

*******
How are you living your inner optimist? (without a doubt)

...

What is your optimism quotient?

Optimism comes from a track record of overcome obstacles.

What obstacles have you overcome?

How have they made you stronger?

How have they made your bolder?

How have they made you more compassionate?

How can that impact your ability to move forward with greater clarity and connection?

Thoughts by Victor Frankl

As I walked with a friend this week, we found ourselves discussing what a positive frame of mind means ... regardless of current life conditions.

Victor Frankl, a survivor of the holocaust camps reflected on why some people survive, and even thrive, while others may perish.

What he discovered was that those who found meaning, even in the most dire conditions ...

1) had a service approach to life. They were more concerned about how to give to others in need rather than be consumed by their own lack.

2) had a deep sense of faith. When everyday madness doesn’t make sense, their belief in something greater outweighed the misery and struggle they faced on a daily basis.

3) had a sense of humor. Each and everyday they would gather to share stories and find the humor. Humor is the weapon of the soul to combat adversity.

*****

What is your service approach to life?

How will your service honor your higher purpose in life?

How does your faith in something greater guide your life?

What can you laugh at today?

...

"If" as a success tool.

If you can imagine it

If you believe it

If you can see it

If you can inspire people to envision into the future

If you can share steps along the way

If you can connect with their most inspired purpose

Others will say 'yes' and commit to action.

Name your if!
